Privacy notice

2. Data processed
- Form data (trial, quote, contact): company, first name, last name, business email, phone, number of workstations, message.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser, pages visited, collected by the hosting server logs.
- Statistics: only with your consent, usage data collected by Google Analytics 4 (see the cookie policy).
The site does not collect documents: the Easy4Privacy software processes files only on the user's computer.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering trial, quote and contact requests and sending any proposal: pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Site security and abuse prevention: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Usage statistics: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie preferences".
4. Recipients and processors
- Web3Forms, which forwards form data to [email protected].
- Google Ireland Ltd., for Google Analytics 4, only with your consent.
- Aruba S.p.A., the site's hosting provider.
- The controller's email service provider.

5. Retention
Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract follows. [TO CONFIRM] Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in the GA4 property [TO SPECIFY, e.g. 14 months].
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing (Art. 15-22), and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Form data is needed to answer your request. Without it we can't follow up.
